Apex Property Partners was built on two decades of hands-on experience in NE Florida's property management and real estate sales market. We've worked with new construction and existing properties, Class A assets and everything in between. That range of experience means we've seen it all — and we know how to handle it.

Michael — Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker
I am a licensed Florida real estate broker with more than 20 years of experience across virtually every aspect of the real estate industry. I began my career in leasing over two decades ago, and since then, I have had the opportunity to build experience in property management, renovation, asset stabilization, lease-up, sales, new home construction, listings, buyer and seller representation, and commercial sales and leasing.
My broad experience throughout the industry has given me a unique perspective on real estate. I understand that every property, transaction, and client is different, and I believe that having a comprehensive understanding of the business allows me to better serve the people I work with.
While real estate is an important part of my life, my family is what matters most to me. I am a proud father and grandfather, and I believe there is nothing more valuable than family. They are the foundation of who I am and a constant reminder of the importance of integrity, commitment, and treating people the right way.
I also have a genuine hunger for knowledge. I believe that no matter how much experience you have, there is always more to learn. I place a strong emphasis on continuing my education, staying informed, and constantly looking for ways to improve both personally and professionally.
After more than two decades in real estate, I remain passionate about the business and the people I have the privilege of working with. My goal is to bring my experience, knowledge, and dedication to every opportunity while building relationships that last well beyond the closing table.
